Legal Document Assistance & Mediation Client Payment Options:

• Option 1: To pay with a debit/credit card, use drop down box to choose correct work product or amount. 

• Option 2:   If your bank has a "send money" option on its' site, you can pay directly from your online account by transferring a payment to my mobile phone: 559-871-6476. 

• Option 3: You can pay by check or e-check to:  Alison Tackitt, 120 Krest, Madera, CA  93637.

• If paying by e-check (using bill pay on your bank's web site), an e-mailed or faxed copy of your bank's confirmation page will suffice to start a work order.  Please remember to redact any personal information when emailing/faxing. 

Attorneys, Administrative, or Website Clients:

• IMPORTANT: Any work performed for attorneys, administrative, or website service will be billed at the hourly rate published on this website, NOT the $40.00 hourly rate (for pro-per litigants). 

• If the Court you are filing in allows E-filing, I will e-file for you.  I require my clients to set up their own E-filing accounts, and I use their credentials to log in.
